Hi, I’m Dr. Tamara Darragh!

By day I’m a naturopathic doctor, entrepreneur, and educator. But I’m also a busy partner, daughter, sister, auntie, friend, and mom to two big fur babies, Tellee and Corduroy! I love all things creative (painting, sewing, knitting), am a nature enthusiast, a book worm, a gardener, a wannabe athlete (skiing, biking, hiking, paddling) and a big fan of naps, comfy clothes, belly laughing, tea, kombucha and cooking delicious food.

I’ve learned a whole bunch of things in life and business. There are no mistakes, only lessons and a lot of the good stuff comes not despite the struggle, but through the struggle. My own journey of recurrent pregnancy loss and unexplained infertility fueled a passion to help other families navigating this path. My hope is to share my knowledge and experience and provide guidance so that your journey may be easier, faster, and feel more nurturing. You are my blessing in all of this!
